體外研究活性	與對(duì)照組相比，Doxycycline hyclate 10% (DOXY)對(duì)成骨細(xì)胞具有顯著毒性，平均細(xì)胞活性為84%，且會(huì)引起成骨細(xì)胞中堿性磷酸酶活性（約56％）顯著高于控制組。Doxycycline hyclate 10% (DOXY)可能會(huì)略微改變成骨細(xì)胞的形態(tài)。 ^[1]

體內(nèi)研究活性	Doxycycline hyclate是能夠有效治療小狗急性E. canis感染。 ^[2] Doxycycline hyclate (5 mg/kg, 口服)降低兔子角膜的膠原酶活性。在兔子堿燒傷模型中，Doxycycline hyclate (5 mg/kg, 口服)促進(jìn)兔子角膜表皮細(xì)胞再生，這樣的結(jié)果可能是該藥物抑制了過多的膠原酶活性。^[3] Doxycycline hyclate會(huì)使43%口服治療的老鼠得到預(yù)防，相比而言，緩釋的doxycycline hyclate能夠完全保護(hù)小鼠免受感染和由感染引起的病理。^[4] Doxycycline hyclate生物利用度為70％，Cmin為 1 mg/L, Cmax 為2.3 mg/L ，在具有未成熟的瘤胃功能的小牛體內(nèi)，半衰期為7個(gè)小時(shí)。 ^[5]
