IWP-2
IWP-2是一種Wnt信號(hào)和分泌抑制劑，無(wú)細(xì)胞試驗(yàn)中IC50為27 nM，選擇性阻斷Porcn介導(dǎo)的Wnt棕櫚酰化，一般不影響Wnt/β-catenin，且對(duì)Wnt刺激的細(xì)胞反應(yīng)沒(méi)有影響。IWP-2可特定低抑制 CK1δ。
